This application is an a mailing-list sender temporarility.You can send email,also html email, when you want,simply set some variables.
There is a form for insert a name and email of user and a form for the type email,(from,smtp server,subject, text email) all information shall come put in a xml files.

You must create a directory bin in you application directory:
c:\inetpub\wwwroot\mailing-timer\
and put in this file mailing-timer.dll.
