This is a simple tech support ticket / help request system written in C# 2010. The program will email and / or text a predefined address / number with the logged in user's name, computer name, problem category (selected from a drop down list, loaded from a text file), and assign a case / ticket number. It handles either Microsoft Exchange server (which is what I use at work, and what I wrote it for), or any other SMTP server, such as Gmail or Yahoo mail, etc. This is my second C# program, so I'm very much a beginner. Feel free to comment, or rate it. I'd love to know how to improve this. Enjoy.. Thanks.

Afterdownloading it, you will need a program like Winzip to decompress it.Virus note:All files are scanned once-a-day by Planet Source Code for viruses, but new viruses come out every day, so no prevention program can catch 100% of them. For your own safety, please:
  1. Re-scan downloaded files using your personal virus checker before using it.
  2. NEVER, EVER run compiled files (.exe's, .ocx's, .dll's etc.)--only run source code.

If you don't have a virus scanner, you can get one at many places on the net
