I saw that the code was written in C, although you posted it as C++. C++ is object oriented and uses the iostream header.

Also your random function was returning rand()%49 which is 0 to 48. That means you are asked 49 questions about capitals, not 50. The program becomes an infinite loop for that reason.

I give the code 3 globes. It wasn't bad but needs a little improvement.

A couple last remarks. Some of the code was not readable, some of this stuff could of been in subroutines or written using a shorthand if instead of using brackets.
