This progran can convert any text file into an Html File.
Most of the well known "special html characters" are all handled.
The code is very easy to understand,there is no complication in it.

I find a bug on your program, if you create an empty file txt and convert it, you generate a empty HTML file, it's right, but if you try to generate an HTML file, your program immediately crash....i.e File onverter.exe file.html -> error.
You have to check the extension of the file.
