Bloody brilliant program. I'm new to .NET and I am trying to release this instead of debug so that I can have the program on my Kodak Picture CD's for when I show pictures round friends houses. Do you know how I can do this, or can you send me an EXE file Zip format of the program that will not need VB.NET studio to run it. Thanks (If this comment was disrespectful, please report it.)

Good Project, but transparency and animation in images was not well focused (you never say that picturebox in VBnet supports animated gif) or taken in account (gif, wmf, emf and ico may be transparent and picturebox in VBnet supports transparency against its background image). To see transparency in the best way you have to add this code to your project:
