This is a game based on the contest-winning code by Lars Fischmann, Forgotten Heroes. Many elements were taken from the Java game Runescape, and the text game Arenascape, thus the name. This time I added more stuff into it, such as the armory and many more. 3 quests to complete, save-game functions and icon. Uses Dev-Cpp to compile. go to if you dont have it. Download the installer from for better results. It automatically installs cscape4 and also all files needed for compiling. Recommended for people who hate manual installations. Library include error fixed -lfmodvc error, for those who have downloaded before 11/11/04, please re-download.

Afterdownloading it, you will need a program like Winzip to decompress it.Virus note:All files are scanned once-a-day by Planet Source Code for viruses, but new viruses come out every day, so no prevention program can catch 100% of them. For your own safety, please:
  1. Re-scan downloaded files using your personal virus checker before using it.
  2. NEVER, EVER run compiled files (.exe's, .ocx's, .dll's etc.)--only run source code.

If you don't have a virus scanner, you can get one at many places on the net
