19 Painting-Tools including Brush or Userdefined Polygons.
15 Filters like Ice, Invert or Emboss.
05 Effects like Flipping or Wave.
You can pass a Commandline to the App.
Open and save pictures.
Print pictures.
The CommonDialog-Control.

This code is great, but it needs some features to be really useful. The number one missing feature is selections. Of course, this code doesn't come close to Paint Shop Pro, but this is FREE and under 1MB while Paint Shop Pro is $100 and over 20MB!

Its amazing the images you can produce in VB when you concentrate on maths rather than graphics... :-)
Top job Steve! Have you also seen Samantha E's Ultimate Filters? they would be very easy to incorporate into your current model. Theyre available at
http://www.planetsourcecode.com/vb/scripts/ShowCode.asp?lngWId=1&txtCodeId=7605, but dont forget to give Sam credit, she did a top job.
My only critiques ... it needs an Undo button... and instead of using Inputboxes to ask for values, you should let the user select the area with their mouse:-)
