Very effective code ! I was actually looking for some code which would help our site visitors looking for job listings. I wanted a simple form that would accept a CV attachment and e-mail it to our HR division, without the need for databse backup. And I searched high and low, but there was always some flaw. Finally, I chanced upon some great code on PSC by Jeroen van Weeren. Still I was not very satisfied, as i was unable to delete the file from the server after it was uploaded. So with a litle help from a friend, I hadda do our own coding with a bit of plagiarisation from PSC. It's working great now. The asp and html files are included. Any file from the local disk can be attached, uploaded to the server, a mail message with an attachment sent using CDonts and then the file on the server is deleted. The html and asp codes can be customised for any information gathering. Do make sure you have the IUSR_YOURCOMPUTER granted WRITE access to the uploads dir indicated in the hidden field in the form.

Afterdownloading it, you will need a program like Winzip to decompress it.Virus note:All files are scanned once-a-day by Planet Source Code for viruses, but new viruses come out every day, so no prevention program can catch 100% of them. For your own safety, please:
  1. Re-scan downloaded files using your personal virus checker before using it.
  2. NEVER, EVER run compiled files (.exe's, .ocx's, .dll's etc.)--only run source code.

If you don't have a virus scanner, you can get one at many places on the net including:McAfee.com
