     o0mBBS is a feature-rich ASP-powered discussion board. It has standard features including unlimited posts, members and forums. It uses Access 2000 databases, and SQL server access is under developement. It allows smileys, polls, custom themes, Buddy lists, BBCode, User ranking, Personal Messages and profiles and much more! Its admin features include Spam controls, word filtering, email account activation, IP viewing and searching, User banning, User Groups, custom forum permissions and many other useful things. o0mBBS allows for moderators to be assigned , and allows them to lock, split, move, edit and delete individual threads.

I just noticed a bug in the ratings system. If you rate a thread it will cause an error because when the thread is created, no value is placed in bbs TotVotes. I'll upload an update when I get time. Just don't rate threads

I've over looked this code several times. And can not for the life of me figure out why that error is persistant and repeating.

so it must have something to do with this line:

It's really a great code. Here's my problem. If I login as administrator I have no problem with uppercases when I write new tipoc. But if I login in as a member, all my uppecases are turned into lowercases. Any ideas? THX for your help.
