good code, a couple of suggestions though. Try using a setfocus function for the the default answer, this way the mouse won't be necessary. Also, when using the mouse the next button is too far away from the answers IMO. (If this comment was disrespectful, please report it.)

hi mate, am a student and am looking for codes to develop an self-exam software that uses ms access as storage for a range of questions that also stores answers for those questions. what am looking exactly a software that can generate questions randomly for users to take a test and those results should automatically stored back in the database being multiple choice questions.

Hi dude, Its a nice web app, but if you want to protect codes try disabling "View source" option in the popup menu reather than locking the right click. I am saying this because, the source code is visible if you press "right click" button on the Keyboard (if u are using windows). There can be other shortcuts also.
