You can freeze your system with the press of a key! Just press Alt+F to disable all visible windows, including the start menu and the desktop. If you attempt to close the program with Task Manager while your system is frozen, you'll be confronted with a message and Task Manager will be closed. Just press Alt-R to restore your system back to normal. Once executed, the program will right to the registry so that it runs every time a user logs on, so you can freeze your system as any user at any time! It's a great prank for friends ;D

Actually, you can use this program to lockdown your system quite effectively and easily while you're away.

I'm not sure what you mean by Run Dialog, but it's not hard to modify the program so that it constantly checks for any windows that aren't already disabled and disables them: If you tell the program to freeze ONLY windows that are not already disabled or invisible and call the freeze function every time the timer message is received, then even when new windows are somehow opened they'll be almost instantly frozen. *This technique will also freeze the start menu when you press the Windows Key ;)
