Maybe you don't have the "msxml2.domdocument.4.0" server installed on your machine, you might wanna try another progid like "msxml2.domdocument.3.0", that's why it's defined in a constant on the top of the page. But you really want to install the new mssxml as the xslt processor is a lot faster :)

I've appended a 'topdown.xsl' file to the 'zip', wich will render the xml into a topdown menu. I relocated the

btw. if you meant a toolbar, the entire stylesheet needs to be rewritten. Because you have to check if a Node has a parent or node.parent has parent or no parent at all. if node has no parent then node should be written to
else node should be written to
if node has parent then the submenu should be placed on parent.offetLeft and parent.offsetTop + parent.offsetHeight. if node.parent has parent then the submenu should be placed on parent.offetLeft + parent.offsetWidth and parent.offsetTop

Pretty good way of organising menus. I only have a questio, ¿what could be done if we wanted to change the font color of the links, onmouse over an out?
