Provides Intellisense imitation for your projects. This example lets you load tags from a file to the listbox. You can also choose whether to use upper and lower case tags. Now has new features like: filling the list with drives and fonts, and an updated drawing routine that speeds it up. It now works if the screen resolution changes.

Not bad. I tried creating something similar, but I noticed two nasty problems, which yours also suffers. First, the popup list can't display beyond the bounds of your text box. Second, if you have scrolled down or to the right, the popup list doesn't display in the right place. I don't know how to solve this tough problem, either, except perhaps to find a TextBox replacement that give you access to the scroll bars.

I think there is an API call to make the popup list go on top of the text box but I'm not shure what it is. To make it disappear when you scroll you would need to subclass the textbox to react to the WM_SCROLL message (I didn't feel like doing this). But, if can find the API to make it stay on top that would be really helpful.
