Well, i actually made this code in windows 2000. the only bug is taht when you DISPLAY TEXT which would be the DOS command ECHO it actually shows it typing ing ECHO and then the text, then on the next line it show the text. This can be solved by puttin @Echo Off, or pressing make text NOT vivisble before the ECHO command

doesn't look to bad, but it's not hard.....all you need is a text file editor like notepad anyway....should have checked out my submission on a programming lanuage, using the batch file language and 'masking' is with different commands, such and 'menu' instead of 'choice', just an example. OH well, later! (lemme know if anything comes up!) -Max

also, what exactly does it compile into? there's no way to compile batch files, unless you try using a program to convert to a com file, which i would have added to my program, but sorta dropped it.....anyways, keep going!

You probably use DOS batch file often. Most people don't use them anymore, others doesn't even know batch file.

Why dont you include the Menues available in BAT files, that would make your app more appeeling to non-bat users.

BTW, when hitting print screen, hold down ALT aswell, this way you will ONLY get the currently selected window (and saving DL time)
