that is hardly constructive criticism, I'm sorry if this dissapoints you, but this is certainly intermediate compared to a php tutorial that shows you how to print text. So please keep your comments contructive. I think I'll leave that comment up there just to show why so many people don't contribute to PSC, this code is not meant to show advanced things, it is just to give the basic idea, I do however hope that more people derive more help from this than the one above has. sorry. Actually, the problem with PSC is that people upload junk for the most part...hundreds of guestbooks, kiddie hack scripts, password breakers, but rarely anything innovative or unique...
While your code does show basic input/output, it definitly is NOT intermediate coding..beginner yes, but nothing beyond that.

just because hes intermediate doesn't mean he can't add something to help someones whos not intermediate.

These cind of 'junk codes' belong on a Forum, and do NOT deserve to have a 'Intermediate Level'! I also don`t know why this code is best ranked in the list: 'Files':
So, remove this 'junk' code. And place is at php.net as comment of the function 'fopen'.

I have never seen PHP before so that code for me was some insight into what PHP can do. This site is for beginners too you know. Although I have a been programming for 17 years I still have to start at the beginning with a new language. (If this comment was disrespectful, please report it.)
