An MP3 encoder using a GUI. Very simple, easy-to-use program that gives you the option of using two encoding engines. The GUI was written in Visual Basic, but the encoder was written in C. Enjoy!

This is a really great program, but it doesn't remove the RIFF header at the beginning of the file. It should either remove it or use raw PCM data as input.

I have had problems with his morphyx
wrapper source. I emailed him through
PSC but no response yet. When you
manually change to a higher bitrate
than 128, it encodes 2x the speed or
more. Wondering if it was an error in
his c code or if it was something else.
If anyone else has run into this,
lemme know please...THANKS!

Although there is no 'clsGradient' file (and the splash/about forms are also missing), just look for any line containing 'clrTitle' and delete it - it's only a minor display effect so you don't need it

Yep I could compile de DLL! The makefile included should make easy the process (if you have Visual Studio 2003, thought). Double-click the makefile and let VS2003 convert to current C++ code, and then go and click Build Solution. You will have your DLL in the debug folder :) Now let's test if it runs with VB ;)
