UPDATE: Now includes categories, management of task status and category lists, images on the task list to represent category, automatic inclusion of name/date when editing a task. Lots of other features, and updates to the SQL script. UPDATE: Scripts for SQL7 are now included, and a couple of bugs fixed. Thanks for the feedback! A multiuser web-based Task List application. Allows creation of multiple Task Lists, multiple users, and sharing of task lists between users. Shows a great example of development of an entire web application, including CSS layouts, using UserControls to customize DataGrid rows, Forms Authentication, ADO.NET Stored Procs, etc.. If you are looking for a good example of a well-rounded app to get you started, come take a look! I developed this application for use internally here, and thought it might be of great use to the developer community at large. I find it invaluable for keeping track of my day-to-day tasks! Update: installation scripts for SQL Server 7 now included, as well as for SQL Server 2000.

I've got a SQL Server that I can test it on. Let me take a look and I'll see if I can't post an updated one that works with SQL 7. My guess is that some of the extended properties put in there by the SQL 2k scripting wizard aren't compatible.

I've uploaded a new version that includes scripts for SQL Server 7 and SQL 2k. You may or may not need to change the parameter declarations in Webservice.cs to reference Int instead of BigInt as well, but the SQL script has been tested against SQL 7.

I seem to have a problem with the connection pool. Your app stop working because it as used all the connections in the connection pool. Maybe it's because of the functions tha returns a Datareader. I have my doubt tha the connection used is really released after de DR is closed.

Same problem as above... agree that closing the datareader isn't closing connection... let you know if I get it working right.
