For your own safety, please:
  1. Re-scan downloaded files using your personal virus checker before using it.
  2. NEVER, EVER run compiled files (.exe's, .ocx's, .dll's etc.)--only run source code.

If you don't have a virus scanner, you can get one at many places on the net including:McAfee.com

I gave this a four because the idea is there. It's nice to see something in Win32 that actually works and could have some uses elsewhere. If you plan on finishing this project and making it more complete though, make sure you cut out most of the comments in the program. You really don't need a comment showing that you're declaring a variable or what a certain function is doing. Use them for complicated code that is hard for someone else to read or understand.

I disagree with mr. annonymous for the sole fact that maybe a noob is looking at the code, first time, maybe from a diff language, He might not know what everything means so its good to have fairly good and high commented code, plus commenting at my college is 25% of the grade.

Thank you Joshua, The Code was written as a final project in a programming class at the University I attend. Within the course there are very strict rules on documentation. Including those long paragraphs above almost every function...
