This is an awsome and beautifull ProgressBar with Circle Aspect.
Very sample and well comented, i hope you can learn some technique and tricks. of course you can personalize all colors, apply or not transparency ...

Yes, quite a good source, well commented and graphicaly excellent.
May be a good idea to replace the option "m_CaptionWithPercentSymbol" by a property where the user can set the character to show, and emptying it when needed. Other idea : Scalable datas. Actually, Integer type (value, min, max) limits the use. Single (thta the GDI function use) may be a best choice. (If this comment was disrespectful, please report it.)
