[Update 7-11-2010: Some bugs fixed. Extraneous controls and code removed-{thx Roger Gilcrist}..Menus and Program made more User Friendly, Search and Replace fixed and expanded.All features in Help and website]...[Update 7-4-2010: Now includes a Help File (http://3ldr.sl.pt). Bookmarking has been added and the TTS will now read from the Bookmarked text. A few bugs were exterminated.]...Update from initial program (txtCodeId=73139). MP3 support added using (txtCodeId=1180:http://3l76.sl.pt DLL) and L.A.M.E [DLLs included or can be downloaded here: http://3l7b.sl.pt and placed in root and register morphyx.dll]. Added the ability to read TTS and highlight words. May adjust the rate of speech both for TTS and recording. Conversion to MP3 using the above. Adjust fonts and opacity of form. One may drag and drop multiple files on the Richtext box or on the program icon and multiple instance supported. Still does: ... Allows one to change Voices and Audio devices...Converts pdf file (txtCodeId=20981) or text file or rtf to a wav using Microsoft Speech Object Library SAPI. I use this to make audiobooks to listen to while driving, etc. You can edit the files in a RichText box.

I've downloaded the program myself and it loads and runs. [A newer version will likely be added later.] A rar file is preserved in the download (Winrar) containing the DLLs. I've checked every link referenced on this page and from the help file and they all work. Thus, I am unclear what the problem is. Perhaps the PSC server was down. I will post the source code on my website also if need be.
