This stored procedure will allow you to display or decrypt very long encrypted stored procedures (40,000 chars). This sp will also keep / display any permissions associated with it. The original concept for this code came from Joseph Gama (Nice work! Could have done with a bit of error handling in it thou!) Please feel free to modify this code to decrypt triggers and views if you like or drop me a comment. Just give credit to all who have contributed so far! Original idea: shoeboy Adapted by: Joseph Gama Copyright © 1999-2002 SecurityFocus Adapted Source: http://www.Planet-Source-Code.com/vb/scripts/ShowCode.asp?txtCodeId=505&lngWId=5 Enhanced by: Jonathan Spinks Copyright © 2003 I.S. It is a nice solution for starting decrypting. I kept the original idea, but modified to: serve for triggers and views, and rollback everything in case of any error, because sometimes (I don't know why) it happend. I kindly ask the author contact me, I will send him the modifyed version.
Thank You, Jonathan!
