Introduction

I came across a tool that enables you to quickly create classes from several RDBM's into either VB.Net or C#. The tool can be obtained from the above download link.

They state in the documentation that you can use the tool with both Visual Studio 2005 and 2008.the Code

Points of Interest

Unfortunately on trying to install this tool, it fails with the following error message:

"Error 1001. An exception occurred during the Rollback phase of the installation. This exception will be ignored and the rollback will continue. However, the machine might not fully revert to its initial state after the rollback is complete."

Conclusion

This can be resolved by installing Visual Studio 2008 Express.

Now the installation should complete.

On trying out the tool, it still does not work with Visual Studio 2005, but works well in Visual Studio 2008.
