Nice app. Very clean. The WO list filter does not work properly, after selecting a status like [Complete] it filters but then you cannot switch back to [ALL]. The OnChange event is never triggered because the index is always reset to 0 in your code. Maybe you could use OnClick and eval the value differences?, or have some way to restore default view/sort.
