For your own safety, please:
  1. Re-scan downloaded files using your personal virus checker before using it.
  2. NEVER, EVER run compiled files (.exe's, .ocx's, .dll's etc.)--only run source code.

If you don't have a virus scanner, you can get one at many places on the net including:McAfee.com

I like this, because I want to log all my downloads, and this appears to be a good way to do it. However, is there a way to make sure that if a user types in the URL of the zip file, as in

www.mysite.com/downloads/somefile.zip, that it will NOT download, i.e. requiring them to go thru this downloads page (and therefore requiring the logging that I want).

Sincerely,

Can anyone tell me which files to modify and what code needs to be added to tie the program to the database? There was no documentation included at all.
