This program averages bitmaps together but also at different ratios in different areas depending on the colours of another bitmap. It uses ScanLine to manipulate the pixels of the 3 bitmaps in the blend so it is smooth for small bitmaps. The program is thoroughly documented, however, it may still be confusing. I know the code is confusing so please ask questions.

when I open the program, this give me an error "Error reading Form1.OldCreateOrder: Property does not exist. Ignore the error and continue?" and when I ignore, give me the next error when I want to run the program: "Undeclared identifier: 'Min'
