An ASP bar graph. Easily customized and great examples. Customizations include Top Padding, Side Padding, Bar Width, Bar Padding, (Only if bars are in groups.) Group Padding, Number of Groups, Number of Bars Per Group, Maximum Value Values For Each Bar, Colors of Bars, and Titles Of Each Bar! The inputs are all at the top of the code with explanations. Nicely blocked off for your convenience. I have not tested this with Netscape. Please let me know how it does. You can only have a maximum of 18 bars due to restrictions from style properties. This problem is easily breached by using javascript. If you would like that code please email me @ checkerman_1985@yahoo.com

I like the look of these bars - five globes from me. However, in my opinion this should have been intermediate code, not advanced.

This is a really good and simple piece of code! Is there a way to adjust the height of the bars?

Unfortunately I didn't program in that capibility. But if you do a replace of every occurance of 400 with a variable name (that you make and set a value to) you should be able to change the height. :D

This code is excellent. Regarding the restrictions from style properties, have you considered simply writing the style tags directly for your div layers? This should also half the size of the resulting file when it is transfered to the client.

Hey Paul,

Yeah I have. I made this nearly 6 years ago so I've learned a few things since then. ;)

Glad to see people are still using it.
