Many times in application , there is need to send mail o the basis of some role on some event.
Lets consider that we have CRM tool where we need to send mail to some role .
For example .
we have following role in my app :
Role1 , Role 2 , Role 3 , Role 4 .
And in my applicatio there are some event e.g. Customer regiersterd Complaint
then mail should sent to role1 & role2 in 'TO' of mail and Role3 & role4 in 'CC' of mail .
So we can configure this kind of business in XML file by using this api.
Another thing is sending mail content .
I am using FreeMarketr for this purpose , You can define the template for each event .
Mail event and TO & CC configuration is done in mailRule.xml
Mail server details are in mail.properties file . Change following :
mail.host=smtpapp1.xyz.abc.com
mail.from=raj_spring_DEV@xyz.com
You will need following jars file:
