AppBar32 in VB with Dynamic Menus,Drag-N-Drop like Taskbar(Simply click on the window and drag to Corners)
All done by API no VB controls used.

Professional, sophisticated coding, but not Visual Basic. Can we try again and keep it simple? If I were the one who writes this code, I'd rather do it in C...

All it is, is a bar with buttons that places it on the four sides of the monitor, but really doesnt do much more, would be nice if I could easily add a button to an app or something.
