Hey... It does not seems to work... I created a folder on my Desktop (called 123), I copied a file in it then attempted to lock it but nothing happened...
I've looked a bit at your code but it does not seems to really lock something...

it doesnt seems to work, it requested user to double click on the folder. what else after that? i don't get my folder locked. is there a flaw? please review your codes or at least give clear instructions on how to use it. thanks :)

This works by changing the extension of the directory so the windows system thinks it is the recyle bin.
The only problem is, all you have to do is drop down to the command prompt and rename it without the extension. So it's not very secure, but not bad for minimal security.
