GViz Framework is implemented using JavaScript to enable configurable integration of Visualization Components (Maps,Charts,Graphs etc. called as Viz Comps) with wide range of data sources (Google Doc, XML, CSV,JSON etc. called as Data Providers). The Framework also enables the integration of custom visualization components and data sources. The data from data sources are mapped to each visualization component using a XML which aligns with the Data Set Publishing Language (DSPL) Schema.GViz also provides several extension points (Loaded DSPL, Loaded Data, Dependency Configuration & Visualization Component Configuration) to provide flexibility in using the Framework for wide range of applications.
