This code solves the problem of requiring individual stylesheets for sites while still needing to enforce an overall look and feel. I see the most common application for this is in corporate intranet sites, but in fact anyone managing multiple systems with a common look and feel could use this.

This is a very simple solution that utilises server side include files to make up the stylesheet that is pushed down to the browser. It is pretty easy to see how something like this could be extended, with the stylesheet having some logic we can now add things like database connectivity, provide different style content based on what browser is retrieving it, or even just have a different stylesheet for each day of the week, the list is endless...
