This is an inventory and account receivable system project which I made some of my client here in Philippines.The program uses ADO and have lot of functionalities. The program can be able to run using keyboard,track user updates and etc. If you download this program you will learn the fallowing:(1) Know how to use ADO in real world business software. (2) Know how to handle millions of records using paging techniques.(3) How to use listview in database programming. (4) How to use flexgrid in creading a Master Detail form. (5) How to use crystal report (6) How to how to design a good looking software. (7) You will learn how to use custom define procedures and functions to optimize your codes. (8) You will learn the used of string and file manipulation in real world. 2. People vote not because they can't run the program, they vote because they learn something.
Some people ask me about the ocx because they did not read the READ_ME.txt included in this submission.(This problem already fixed last Oct. 12, 2005 because I provide more instructions.)
3. Codes in this submission are clear,easy to learn and understand by beginners and intermediate and not like other submission that beginner and intermidiate get hard to trace the code because it is not organize and some not optimized. (This came from many users downloaded my submission because they like the way I code).

Again I upload code for others to learn, so why should I upload codes that no one can learn.Im not gaining popularity here!
I'm a newbie before but I don't get enough resources to learn due to internet in my country is very low yet very expensive and I don't have money that time, I just learn by reading books, I solve any problem I encountered with my own logic and I don't want that things happen to others that is why I share codes.
5. Most People who votes me are in Database Programming Area which I belong and most of them are experienced programmer from different country.(I don't know them before but now I know them because they e-mail me.)
6. Mostly newbies don't votes co'z they just download and download for them to learn. (Compare the votes and people who access.)

8. Most famous coders here are in API Programming area. Many DB Programmers are now very hungry for DB programming codes. - "Don't you know that most people access this site for their Database Projects"
NOTE: I upload this code because many ask me some help, I refer them to PSCODE but they always tell me that the codes their are not optimized or it is very long that is why they can't learn something, some easy to learn but VERY BASIC which other can't learn something also.

By the way winning in this month coding contest is not important part of my carrer,because for me nothing more important than experience. Some peoples don't have money to buy crystal report. Then I suggest to you use a "home made" solution. Why don't you try to use the "Print-Preview and More" superb code written by Morgan Haueisen posted in http://www.planet-source-code.com/vb/scripts/ShowCode.asp?txtCodeId=37488&lngWId=1 ?
Or you can use others great codes to create the reports.
This is only a suggestion not criticism. Don't worry, be happy

This will surely help me with my design. Most of my programs are using Crystal Reports but having some problems how to make deployment easier. Currently, since I am using a higher version of Crystal Report (Ver. 7), I need to install Crystal Report in each workstation before user can use my system. Would it be possible to integrate the setup of Crystal Report in the deployment and will not require the whole packaged to be installed? Please advice.

This particualr project is a very good example of how the software industry works. There is very little tolernace on the part of users even if the software is freeware!!!
I would encourage people in the software business and most of those who have made negative comments here to write a program atleast half as good as this one and then go ahead and attack Mr. Naparan for missing ocx's, and other stuff not working etc.
I am sure that the moderators have examined the code more thoroughly than the entire lot of critics here and I am sure they have reasons to acknowledge that this particular piece of work offers a great deal to learn for others.
I also urge everyone here to be a little more tolerant amd more supportive. If you can improve on this, by all mean post your suggestions.

Am not knowledgably in the area of reports writing especially crystal report, thus your code in this area was not clearly understood by me. When I RUN and preview any of the reports command it reads: ERRORS “CANNOT FOUND THE SQL SERVER” & upon selecting the Debug options, it highlight the code ….Action = 1 for correction. But this fine work of yours was done in ACCESS DATABASE.
For I know you have the working codes/ the required SQL DATABASE solutions. That, you have equally commented of the codes amendment done by you before deployment. It is for learning purposes.

the only bug is the "SQL connection.." error when launching reports. I wonder why, when the access db and the password itself are all included in the code.

control work file with vista down version , but when we use it on window vista (MS SQLServer 2005), sa connectivity error appears.

The error is: microsoft ole db provider for obdc drivers: cannot open SQL Server

For over 7 years now, no one has been able to run this code, because of all the missing dependencies. Yet "somehow" (*cough cough*), it has risen to #1 on the Planet Source Code all time Hall of Fame. Just read the comments to see what I mean. As far as I can see not one comment actually discusses *using* the program. The voter log is absolutely riddled with unknown names. There are many duplicate comments with different user names. This submission is a disgrace to this site.
