its only the URL in AIM that doesn't support spaces. I'm not sure why the url doesn't work but it does with subprofile urls.

Hi, my name is Robby and i wrote www.aimophile.bgtech.net...

If you're having trouble w/ the spaces in screen names issues, try this...

1. open info.php and at the top you will see:
if($a !='b'){
$righthandside = split('&', getenv('SERVER_PROTOCOL'));
$sn = $sn.' '.$righthandside[0];
}
?>

2. Replace that with:
$righthandside = split('HTTP', getenv('SERVER_PROTOCOL'));
$sn .= ' ' . $righthandside[0];

This does a better job filtering it, it cleans up the code, and its more efficient. This is also what i did for aimophile. Let me know if you guys have any further questions or if you don't understand how it works!

Also if you do this you don't need to append "&a=b" to the end of the url

Wonderful code... I altered it to fit my own purposes (I jsut needed a quick how-to of php and I ran with it) question though: How do I get it to NOT put duplicate screen names in my list? Basically: I wanna check for a sn and if it exists, dont add it
