Theres been several checkbox controls lately, so I thought I'd try one that was transparent. So here it is. Not to fancy but seems to work. Hope you like it.

great idea, all though i dont like the limited 3 color check marks, should really be a property to set the color

Thought you might want to know this does not work properly under Windows Vista and VB6. It seems to outline the text with the mask color when you click the check box.

Bummer cause I would like to use it but still learning about controls so have no idea how to fix it for use under windows vista

ToddB-USN, Before placing the bitmap on the form, insert a picture control box first. Resize it to be outside the bounds of the form. Now insert your bitmap and the other controls. This may resolve your Vista problem.
