***Must Have Read/Write Access To Dir Of Counter On Server***

-Skin Name, Skin File
Included Skins:
-blue, black, gold, green,pink, purple, red, silver, white, yellow

-Sites Name, Counter File
[Counter.ashx?Name=Mysite]
@ReadOnly:
-false: Auto Increment Count
-true: Display Current Count
[Counter.ashx?ReadOnly=true]
Example:
[Counter.ashx?Name=Mysite&Skin=white&ReadOnly=false]
Default:
-If There No Paramenter Then It Display The Default Counter
-A Black Auto Increment Counter In The Default Dir.
