Good start, but many key points are missing that many screen saver tutorials all seem to miss. Such as, showing how to add PREVIEW and SETTINGS options used by the display settings window. How to add the mini preview to the monitor image on the Display Properties window. Making sure not to start multiple instances etc. Will be happy to see if you can add all that to your tutorial.

I think you missed something, but i'm not shure what. When I followed everything in the tutorial even with your example it did not run right when the set time went by. A windows title bar poped up just above the start menu button with 'Example.scr' on it. It would be much appreciated if you could look into what ever is causing this to happen.

I did not know that when I change the extension
from exe to scr I get a screenSaver you deserve 5 stars which I gave to you
just for this valuable information but your winword file
gave too much trouble because I have office97 and I had to read it in dos editor
