Generic multi-threaded TCP server (Version 0.9.2). You can use this as a base class to create your own SMTP, POP, IMAP, HTTP server or anything else you might want. To test the code... run the application. Click on the start button. Then telnet to localhost port 100 and type in "help". If you use this, please give me feedback... I would like to know what features you would want. I also need to know of any bugs or anything else you'd like to report. Thanks!

hello, I'm just looking for some .net interesting applications. I usually use linux for development. your tcp server can be the starting point to my project. I need something with authentification, handshake, for some data transmission between two servers. One of them it's not mine so I have no control there.
thank you,
Regards,
Bogdan (boga@iname.com)

I've ported this code to VB.Net for any of you VB Programmers out there that want it. Just send me an email (nate@thorntonweb.com) to ask me for the code. I'm making a few modifications and upgrades, and will possibly post the VB version of this server on PSC at a later date.
