For your own safety, please:
  1. Re-scan downloaded files using your personal virus checker before using it.
  2. NEVER, EVER run compiled files (.exe's, .ocx's, .dll's etc.)--only run source code.

If you don't have a virus scanner, you can get one at many places on the net including:McAfee.com

It is an interesting set of articles, some of them (switch, null) being also relevant for pure C.
However, I noted some typos, that you should correct as these articles are mainly aimed at beginners which possibly cannot see them:

Null terminator:
char Name[5] = {'J','o','h','n','0'};
Obviously, the last character should either be 0 or '\0'. Now, perhaps RTF eated the backslash...

Rogue array pointers:
First for, condition should be i == 5, not i = 5 (BTW, this is another pitfall you should point out!).
Second example:
const MAXARRAY = 20;
you should either keep 5 or update the comment below...

ASSERT vs. VERIFY:
Not a bug, but you main want to suppress the double
(If this comment was disrespectful, please report it.)
