     This code takes account for the taskbar and the office toolbar when centering the form.

Nice try ;), but this code doesn't consider the taskbar. It comes close since it returns the height of a full screen client window and since the title bar is a similar height to the taskbar (normally) it looks like it centres the form properly.

I found that when a form is larger than the client area, the window is positioned outside of the client area. I resolved this by checking for Left and Top < 0. At least the title bar and left side of window remain visible, even if the window is larger than the client area. Good work!
