     This PHP code will take a standard Winamp playlist, and extract the track titles and artists. Then it will display it in a table which has been formatted to look like Winamp itself [ see screenshot ]. Feedback is greatly appreciated, as this is my first post, and i would like to know how to improve this.

Thanks for the comments and suggestions. I'm currently working on the last number problem, and when i have cracked it, i will upload the new version (and say so here). Unfortunately, because this script only reads information from the playlist, i cannot get track length, because that is stored in information in the mp3 itself. I'll also think about the random song thing as well :¬)

Thanks,
Tycoon

changing
for($n = 1; $n < count($NewString4); $n = $n + 2) {
to
for($n = 1; $n < count($NewString4) - 1 ; $n = $n + 2) {
seems to resolve the issue of the extra number..

Very nice code man! :)

Would you mind if I took your code and made improvements upon it? (So long as I keep your HTML comment tag?)

Very nice code, and I've also got 2 of those bugs/features worked out, so I'd love to make them happen. :)

open your playlist.m3u with notepad and make sure there is no blank space on the last line and that fixes it.
