Shows Win9x resources level (System, User and GDI). Ofcause it will not work on NT, because it does not handle resources the same way as Win95. Included is some usercontrols, like: PopDown, ProgressGuage, Coolbutton and TrayIcon. So if you do not want it for the resource meter, you can always download it for the other source. Executable is enclosed. Besides resources it also shows memory information, allows you to mark current resource level (great to check for resource leaks in your program). It is a "finished" program, so you can use it straight away.

Scott, so far I know these controls are free. I wrote most of them anyhow (mostly from bit and pieces of code lying around). Only the control Coolbutton from from PSC, but slightly modified (like everyone else does when you take code from here). Use it. Make you life easier: that's why we have reuseable components for... (Documentation not available, no time for it - deadlines all the time, but once you read the code you will understand.)

Forgot about the 98 problem. Right at this moment, I have no access to a Win98/2000 platform. Will have one soon (at work we must test our apps on all windows platform - you never know what the customer will be using). So you have to dive into the code yourself. There is a "protection" code that stop executing resource code on NT, have a look at that, maybe it stops too many platforms.

Where you find controls for your program?

Eh, what, Bugy? You mean the lightweight stuff or the submissions I did? Besides looking over the net for samples (and PSC is a GREAT source of VB code. Thanks, Ian) and ideas (and using Dan's VB API book), I make those controls myself, I am a professional programmer, that means: I make a living to create systems (thus no hobby). The lightweight stuff comes from the Visual Studio CD's (I think CD 3, but have a look at the other submissions comments section, someone found the location for me).

Thank you, Rde. Nowadays the use will be limited - the usercontrols in this project are handy. My favourite is the TrayIcon control.
