     This is a 3d sound activex control,it use directx 7 type libraries,you can position the listener and the sound position.the file contain a sample project and the control.

You can get DX at www.microsoft.com/directx. The SDK is a 122 MB download. I was wondering: I just started programming in DX, and I don't know a whole lot about it.... if someone would mind giving me a few hints, I would appreciate it.
