Click "Maximize". This type of form is best done using API, and locking the window's dimensions to a certain size. This code has been done countless times, and frankly, it's heavily outdated.

Well. The code is only for no change the Form dimensions. But, is true, the Form is maximized and Minimized.
If you are not Maximized/Minimized, disable the buttons "MaxButton=false" & "MinButton=false" in Form Properties. The code not is "out of date", is for beginners and the Api´s use is for most advanced programmers. You see -- > Level: Beginner.

I can new Upload with the buttons are disabled.
