hello azhar
thanks for your interest
inside scripts directory there is a text file named eis.txt
you run that script as a parameter in mysql client. i use mysql version 4 here so you may wish to download and install that version to avoid conflict (we dont know what would be the result if we mix lower and higher version hehe)

Still unable to use the app, because I don't know how to configure mysql with this app & hoe to run the app, please let me know about these issues, I'll be greatfull to you, as you already shared such a nice app, so why don't we'll take full benifit.
