     If a name is enter into the TextBox and has a lower case character then this program will change the first character to a Upper Case character. Please Vote and Comment :)

Another shorter way is:
StrConv(OldString, vbProperCase)

But suprisingly (or not) that way is slightly slower than yours.

Good for the beginner, but you should make sure use Option Explicit in all your forms & modules.

Very poor ... you have not tested it in all possible ways.

Just give a space at the begining and then write a word ... your program fails. Trim function is the simple solution for this.

But I will give to * for poor testing of the program.

That could be useful for beginner, but it is possible to shorten it :)

UCaseFirst = UCase(Left(sString, 1)) & Mid(sString, 2)
