     Interpolation Antialisa Bicubic Resizing Algorithm Produces close to the same effect LoadImage(..)API, which was resizing an Image to a greater height/width, and antialising it!

Simple and to the point, but it's not Bicubic. Bicubic uses cubic splines to interpolate the colors. The method shown here uses linear interpolation.

Just it's not a bicubic interpolation, but a bilinear one, which isn't as good as bicubic. Take a look at the Petr Supina code (Reconstructor 3.0), an excelent and extremely complete solution

Yea your right but this was my first submition to psc, years ago. Helping a uni student out and he named it that, so I just went with it. I've progammed many more, now, even a resizing algorymth basic on splines, color topography, interpolation and smart direction replacement. And as everyknows' we all have those unfinished projects.
