BankSystem Program is very useful not only as being a Programmar yourself but also
it can use for Banking Purpose. You can add Customer, Deposit & Withdraw Money,
Delete & Search Customer, Printing Option is also available to Print Customer Balance
Report, Help Included to guide the Users of BankSystem. BankSystem also has many
options for change the Look of whole Program Completely by Look & Feel Options or
By applying any Theme from the Theme menu.
New User Option :
Before Running the BankSystem Program must Read the Readme File located in the
BankSystem Folder and after Running the BankSystem Program see Help to work in
it easily. To Run BankSystem Type on your Dos Screen Java Splash after Setting the Path of Java Bin Directory.

I'm new to java and tried runnign the code. I'm not sure what the problem is but it dooesn't work on my machine. My machine is win2k with jdk1.2.2 Is this database set an office 2k file? What could be the problem? (If this comment was disrespectful, please report it.)

I must remind people that using an MS-Access database would be nice, but it also makes the application require windows. Using a flat file keeps it OS Independent. Nice choice!
And if you want to give it a better backend database, I would recomend mySQL, to continue on with keeping OS Independent.

LOVE THE CODE, LOVE THE LAYOUT BUT... you need to remove the line "Also can be used for banking purposes". Reporting needs major work, how many banking systems do you know using text files and nasty mdb databases?...Move to mysql bub, also you should have added more than basic information for adding customers... need to throw in DL #, SSN, and so much more to explain what the hey....

Overall the program is good. But the user should not give the account numbers. The system has to generate it. A database instead of a dat file would have improved the efficiency of the code (If this comment was disrespectful, please report it.)
