As they say necessity is the mother of invention I had around 150 Video CDs in my shelf so I decided to write a small swing Application , the code can be downloaded here, how ever I suggest u go through the installation instructions and article associated with it Mastering Java Swing in my site http://www.geocities.com/james_smith73 , if u like the code vote for it, Regards James Smith

1) Download This Zip File into C:\
2) Creates a Directory C:\Swing
3) Copy and paste all the *.gif, *.jpg, *.java files into the Directory C:\Swing
4) Compile the Java code C:\Swing>javac GBLayout5.java
5) Click on Control Panel -> Admin Tools -> 32
Bit ODBC , Set up ODBC named "vcd" as System DSN
6) The DataSource name "vcd" Holds
C:\Swing\vcd.mdb Ms Access Database
use Microsoft Access Driver
7) In your DOS prompt after compiling Type in
---------C:\Swing>SET classpath=
8) Run the Application giving command
---------C:\Swing>java GBLayout5

hi. when i compile the GBLayout5.java file it gives me a error saying it overrides or uses a deprecated api, recompile with -Xlint.. wat is this error? how can i remove it?
