Converts numbers from one base(binary, octal, etc...) to another base. This example converts form and to binary, octal, decimal & hex although it can easily be modified to handle other bases.

I don't know why, and I only tested in converting from dec to oct, but this program doesn't convert correctly for some reason with numbers over 511, 511 works fine, but 512 and over are completely wrong. (If this comment was disrespectful, please report it.)
i tested your work but it seems that conversion is limited to whole numbers only... is it possible for it to convert fractional numbers like 115.254 etc.? (If this comment was disrespectful, please report it.)
