I got the code originally from Anton, but the graphics weren't bright and cheerful so I beefed it up a bit. The origal title screen wasn't very good either, and I changed that too. Programming wise its sound and I made the game in VB5 on a WinNT system, it was previously in VB4 so its updated in that sense as well.
I'm sure if you wanted to change the game slighly you could do it yourself, it shouldn't be too difficult.

I have written a Tetris clone myself. It took me a bloody 4 hours to do it.(including the 16bit graphics and the XM title song) I discovered that doing it using a cursor field was easiest. A graphics routine that prints the cursor field overcomes the limitations of the graphical appearance (bitblt/stretchblit). This way you can even make a Isometric Tetris.

Okay, programmers. To make the blocks turn, get your keybard code. Each key has a number in programming, find the numbers of the key in which to makethe block turn, in this case, it's 30 (think) for keypad up. You can change this in your programing so it's whatever you want. Changing the colour is also simple, what you do is change the 3 numbers (eg 256, 256, 256). My tetris clone search stops here. This is the best feeling tetris game i've seen, it plays so well I just began playing it and didn't stop...
I was planning on making my own better tetris game based on Tetris DX for GBC, but i figured there were hundreds of open source basic tetris clones already, so i began searching.
